Current Art Workshop:
Local
acrylic artist Linda Osburn, known for her eclectic painting style,
will teach a class series offering beginning painting to students and
help them develop painting skills while having fun finding their own
style. This class series is fun for all skill levels, but perfect for
beginners, even if you've never painted before!
Six Class Series:
...Jan. 25, Feb. 8, Feb.22, Mar. 8, Mar.22, & Apr. 12.
5:30-8:30pm.
Classes are $20 per class or $100 for all six classes. You can take one class or all.
Supplies Needed (Recommended, Available at Michaels):
Paper:
Strathmore- Windpower Sketch 9x12 (for quick painting) and Strathmore -
Watercolor Cold Press 11x15 (for painting projects)
Acrylic Paints: Liquidtex Basics - ultramarine Blue, Cadmium Red Deep Hue, Titanium White, Cadmium yellow Medium Hue.
Brushes: Royal Softgrip ¾’ # SG700 & American Painter angle 1/4" #4400
Basic Acrylics by Liquidtex – Cad Red Deep, Cad Yellow Medium, Ultramarine Blue, White
Supplies Provided: Workspace, chair, brush container, painting palette, clean-up supplies
